Durapave Emulsis is a range of Bitumen Emulsion. It is manufactured with bitumen emulsified with water and solvent and fortified with certain additives which are used for bonding between different layers of the pavement. ITPL offers Emulsions for Prime Coat (Slow Setting), Tack Coat (Rapid Setting) and Cold Mixes.
Durapave Emulsis meets the specifications as per IS8887:2018.

Styrelf®PMB Bitumen is modified with elastomeric polymers using a
TotalEnergies innovative cross-linking technology which gives them exceptional properties in terms of storage stability, cohesiveness, elongation capacity and resistance to ageing. The Styrelf®PMB is a homogenous and superior quality PMB; which enhances life of the pavement.

CRFlex®55/60 is a range of Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB). It is manufactured with crumb rubber produced by recycling used tyres with bitumen and some specific additives to improve the durability of the pavements. It is specially formulated with unique technology that enables homogeneity, stability and consistent properties of the binder.
CRFlex®55/60 meets the specifications as per IS 17079:2019.

NRFlex is a range of Natural Rubber Modified Bitumen (NRMB). It is produced by adding natural rubber or latex to ordinary bitumen under specific conditions. With its inherent chemical composition as elastomer kind of properties, this polymer modification can change the performance of current conventional asphalt paving roads.
NRFlex meets specifications as IS 17079:2019.
VG-40M is a modified VG Grade bitumen, confirming to IS: 73 2013, specially designed & developed to provide high performance over a wide range of different highway applications. The product can be used in DBM / BC layers. It is designed with greater absolute viscosity at 60˚C under IS 1206 (Part-2) to overcome issues of rutting observed at higher temperatures.
